After obtaining his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University in 2006, Charles knew he was on the path to establishing a career in commercial real estate; all he needed was more knowledge and experience. He continued his education and shortly after received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance from Cal State Fullerton in 2008.

From there, Charles knew the next steps he had to take. He obtained his General Appraisal License for the state of California in 2011, and followed it up with the most respected certifications in the industry, his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2013.

Fast forward to 2021, after 13 years of service at another top commercial appraisal firm, Charles formed Vestal Real Estate Valuation with the intention of providing industry leading commercial appraisal valuation and consulting services to all of Southern California.

Now, Vestal Real Estate Valuation is thriving. With a team of highly qualified appraisers, they have grown to service all of Southern California and are continuing to grow each and every day.
